Plans and adoption

Learn for free. Diagnose privately. Design and deploy with a trusted partner.

KontextOS follows one adoption path: experience the method with fictional evidence, diagnose real organizational context inside a customer-controlled environment, then continue into governed implementation.

Current availability: The Free Organizational Simulation has a reviewed request path. The Private Diagnostic Appliance is in early testing, with limited partner-supported pilots opening soon. Persistent KontextOS remains planned and partner-dependent. Neither paid product is available through online checkout.

The adoption path

Free simulation → private diagnosis → full KontextOS

  1. Step 1 · Experience

    Free Organizational Simulation

    Available by reviewed request

    Free

Experience the KontextOS diagnostic method inside an AI-generated fictional organization without supplying real organizational information.

    Included

    • Simulation-mode access to Intro to Applied AI—the only course included in Free.
    • One fictional organization for up to three participants, including one Course Coordinator.
    • A Course Coordinator configures the simulation through a short setup questionnaire.
    • AI-generated company context, participant roles, a persistent company document, a stable employee roster, and fictional poll responses.
    • Appropriate access to the KontextOS workspace and the course-derived Simulated Executive Dashboard.
    • 60 days of active simulation access, followed by a 90-day read-only artifact review window.
  2. Step 2 · Diagnose

    Private Diagnostic Appliance

Early testing · pilots opening soon

$995 list price · as low as $495 through approved promotions

The PDA supports one private, course-led Context Readiness Diagnostic using authorized real organizational evidence inside the customer's environment. Why organizational privacy is critical.

    Software license

    • One customer-controlled appliance and one defined diagnostic engagement.
    • Intro to Applied AI with authorized participant responses and evidence-linked candidate findings.
    • Human review before findings or customer-approved exports are treated as final.
    • A customer-selected compliant AI provider and model.
  3. Step 3 · Continue

    Persistent KontextOS License

    Planned · partner-dependent

$7,950 per year · targeted $5,950 competitive-conversion pricing may apply

The planned renewable annual license will continue from diagnosis into context design, remediation governance, deployment, and ongoing operation.

    Software license

    • Planned persistent use of the full KontextOS platform.
    • Intro to Applied AI, The Context Architect, and a technical deployment course whose final name remains to be determined.
    • Continued findings, remediation, context-governance, and implementation workflows.
    • Software updates and an extensible integration framework.

What you can do now

Start with the simulation or discuss an upcoming PDA pilot

The Free Organizational Simulation is a bounded, organization-level entitlement—not a recurring subscription, a general free platform account, or a real organizational assessment. The PDA is undergoing early testing before a limited number of bounded real-data pilots open. Persistent KontextOS remains planned and is not yet operational.

Pricing and partner boundaries

The PDA price is an adoption mechanism

The $995 list price and controlled $495 promotions are intended to make private diagnosis accessible. The PDA does not ordinarily create a software commission or an automatic credit toward Persistent KontextOS.

Persistent commission terms remain conditional

The current Authorized Partner hypothesis is a $2,000 first-year commission at the $7,950 standard price. Compensation, promotions, and competitive-conversion terms require a definitive agreement.

Partner services remain separate

KontextOS independently sets platform pricing. Partners independently scope and price their services, and customers retain their choice of provider.
