KontextOS courses do more than teach concepts. They reveal the organizational gaps that can prevent AI initiatives from producing reliable results: unclear responsibilities, conflicting interpretations, undocumented workarounds, inconsistent policies, missing knowledge, and weaknesses in governance or process.
Those findings can be valuable—and highly sensitive. Participants may reveal how work actually gets done, where departments disagree, and where vulnerabilities exist. KontextOS is designed to help an organization learn from this information without requiring the organization to expose it to us.
Simulation mode uses a fictional organization
Simulation mode lets a team experience the course without describing its own organization. The Course Coordinator configures a fictional company using characteristics such as its industry, functional areas, and desired level of organizational difficulty. KontextOS then creates the company, participant roles, and perspectives used in course activities.
Participants can explore realistic disagreements and context gaps without disclosing their employer's actual policies, processes, relationships, or vulnerabilities. The experience demonstrates how KontextOS surfaces patterns and produces findings, but those findings describe the fictional company—not the participating organization.

Privacy does not end when Simulation mode ends
Simulation mode is not a temporary privacy measure that organizations must surrender to use KontextOS with real information. If an organization later conducts a real diagnostic, its sensitive context remains under its own authority and within its controlled environment.
Using KontextOS never requires the organization to disclose raw responses, internal evidence, confidential documents, or other sensitive context to KontextOS, its personnel, an AI provider, or an outside partner. The organization may voluntarily authorize limited sharing for a specific purpose, but such sharing is never a condition of using the platform.
You should never have to expose your organization to use KontextOS
Simulation mode demonstrates the value of KontextOS without asking for your organization's truth. A real engagement helps your organization understand that truth without requiring it to share the truth with us.
That protection applies throughout the relationship. Whether an organization is evaluating KontextOS, conducting a real diagnostic, or using the platform over time, its sensitive information remains under its control.
